Can I pay using Crypto?

Crypto is not (yet!) available as a payement option on the site. But if you wish to pay using ApeCoin, feel free to contact us.

When will my order be shipped?

Every order will be shipped within 2 weeks after the store closes (from April 15th). Orders including custom t-shirts can take a little longer but we do our best.

Will there be import fees?

Items are sent from France and you are responsible of any eventual tax or custom fees depending on your country.

How do I get the 5% discount for Nanoz Universe holders?

Simply connect using the Tokenproof button on any product page and add the product you want in your cart. You will need to go to the cart page and click checkout to see the discount applied (not direct checkout).

How about the clothes sizing?

Make sure to check the sizing guide of every piece you order on the product description. Most of them are standard/medium fit so if you like to wear your close oversize you'll want to size up!

How do I get my free money clip?

You don't have anything to do. The money clip will be manually added during the preparation of your order. It won't appear in your cart.
